As Plant Manager, Robert G. Cable is responsible for operating and maintaining Nevada Solar
One for Acciona Solar Power.

Mr. Cable brings more than 17 years of renewable energy experience to Acc iona . He previously
served as Project Manager, having managed performance, construction, operation and
maintenance for Nevada Solar One, the largest solar thermal electric power plant to be built
in the last 17 years and the third largest of its kind in the world.

Mr. Cable’s leadership in the renewable energy sector has included his contribution to 11 solar
thermal power plants ranging from 1 to 80 megawatts in size. Spending more than a decade
working with concentrating solar power technology, Mr. Cable has worked on Solar Energy
Generating Systems III – IX (SEGS), which represents nine solar power plants in California’s
Mojave Desert. He has made a contribution to the growth and recognition of the industry
through his work on Nevada Solar One and SEGS projects Kramer Junction and Harper Lake.
Mr. Cable’s work has been instrumental in the operational successes that have resulted
throughout the evolution and advancement of solar thermal energy plants in the United States.

Mr. Cable earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State
Polytechnic University – Pomona. He is married to Brandi Cable and is the father of one child.
